During the discussion, Vojdan Karapetkovski shared how AI has become deeply integrated into Kara5’s daily way of working. He explained that what started as experimentation and curiosity has evolved into a practical operating layer across research, strategy, content creation, performance, reporting and automation.

Speaking from Kara5’s own experience, Vojdan underlined that AI is not the end of good people, but the next level of how good people work.

"AI gives our people a stronger second brain, and more time to use their first one better..."

A key part of his contribution focused on where AI creates real business results. Vojdan highlighted three main areas where Kara5 sees the strongest impact: revenue, efficiency, and better decision-making.

He pointed out that Kara5 achieved 50%+ higher revenue last year, with AI adoption playing an important role in helping the company move faster, scale client work and improve execution across different areas of the business.

“For us at Kara5, this is not theory. AI helped us move faster across research, strategy, campaigns, performance analysis, reporting, and automation, giving our clients more speed, more precision and more intelligence.”

The panel also touched on how companies from smaller markets can use AI as a competitiveness multiplier.

Vojdan shared practical examples from Kara5’s work with international clients across Switzerland, Central Europe, the US, Dubai and beyond, from life sciences and manufacturing to defence, digital platforms, and performance-driven growth.

At Kara5®, AI creates real value when it is connected to clear strategy, strong data and measurable business goals.
